What caused my Chromebook having WIFI issue?

• The WIFI connection issue was caused by an old ChromeOS (version 81) that was installed from Samsung, we have included the SD card for you to quickly update system and solve the issue.

Will the WIFI issue happens in the future?

Why can’t we solve this issue before shipping out?

• Since the Chromebook is brand new sealed from Samsung, we do not wish to broke the seal for your best shopping experience.

Do I need the SD card for future updating?
